FAQ

Issues with printing to Letter

Your printer may have a default size of letter setup. You can check and change this. Check the paper size is A4 and not Letter (this can cause you problems later if left as Letter)

Printing from Mac - Full Instructions

  1. Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.
  2. Click the  icon under the Printers List. The Add dialog is displayed. It displays a list of all of the discovered printers on the network.
  3. Select the BYOD_find_me printer.
  4. At the bottom of the dialog box, check that Use is set to Secure AirPrint.
  5. If Secure AirPrint isn’t displayed:
    1. Close the Add dialog.
    2. Disconnect from the network, then reconnect to it again.
